Best for the topic

I am an anesthesiology resident and i bought this item to help me undestand spinal and epidural anesthesia. And this book has it all.
It covers the anathomy in details, the fisiology in deep. About the local anesthesics it covers the farmacology, dose and time of duration and adjuvants and its effects. It has a troobleshooting seccion for the procedure. It even has some seccions about specific surgerys like spinal and epidural for cesarean delivery, for vaginal delivery, children, ortopedics, and etc.. it goes though everything. Describes the technics for sacral, lumbar, toracic and cervical spinal and epidural.
Seriusly its the best book i've read about it.
It does not simply say to use like 10mg of bupvacaine for cesarean, it shows the dose, the level and the time and you choose the dose. They say that it's usual to use 10mg but you can choose based on your clinical judgment.
I only have one complain, the quality of the paper and the print is very poor. They should have done better with such a fantastic book. The pictures as grayscale. The last: it must be on Kindle SOON!
