Only 2% of this book is the actual story, and it's not good.

Two chapters in you get a notice that says "click here to finish reading the book" and low and behold it takes you to 98% done with the book just to get to chapter three. This so called book is barely a novella. To call it a "book" at all is a far stretch. The vast majority (more than 3/4 of the book is filler crap that doesn't even pertain to this story, book, etc. This abhorrent practice of putting a tiny little flash fiction/short story length "book" together with a million and one ads and other short stories (that I didn't want to read) in order for some unsavory Kindle Unlimited authors to fleece Amazon out of larger royalty shares for their unlimited downloads is something Amazon should be taking a closer look at. If your work can't stand on its own and earn you money, maybe you need to work harder.
The actual story itself is rubbish. It's a retelling of a plot that has been done to death (jock gives nerd girl a makeover in exchange for her academic help), only this version wasn't executed well at all. Save your time, save your $.99, and look elsewhere. Also, the other authors mentioned in the absolute mess that was tossed into the pages between this story should probably ask themselves if they want their product marketed in this way. I honestly hope this was done without their permission, and if it wasn't, they need to take a hard look at what they hitched their personal work to. This was NOT a good advertising tool! It was not a good story! It is simply a way to cheat both the system and the readers who expected one thing, and got nothing more than a hot mess.

Go Mitchell and Zach!!

Awww, this was the perfect story to start my weekend. The characters are some of my all time favorites (Jock and nerd girl) and author really know how to bring them to life. The only thing I don't like about it is that it didn't go on longer, but the story was done extremely well for its length.

Classic storyline. Never gets old!

I'm so glad I got this book. The story is a classic badboy meets the girl next door. I love how their relationship develops over time. I just wish it could have been longer so we could really get into the character's heads. Other than that, 5 stars!
